Kitchen & Bathroom Renovation Works
Disconnection and reinstatement of plumbing to facilitate kitchen and bathroom renovations, including installation of kitchen sinks and mixers, dishwashers, toilets, basin mixers, tapware, and associated drainage and water connections to restore full service following renovation works.
General Plumbing Maintenance
Resolution of blockages, leaking tapware, and hot water system issues to maintain day-to-day functionality across the facility.
Preventative Maintenance
Ongoing preventative maintenance including TMV/TV testing, warm water and hot water sanitisation, and system checks to maintain compliance and support resident safety.
Boiling & Chilled Water Units
Supply, installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of Billi units to ensure reliable performance and safe operation.
