MONA Pharos

Opened in 2017, Pharos extends MONA’s exploration of art, light, and architecture. Southern Plumbing completed all hydraulic services and continues preventative maintenance to keep systems operating reliably on site.

Preventative Maintenance

Preventative maintenance at Pharos covers routine inspection, servicing, and certification of plumbing and wastewater systems. This includes scheduled checks of cisterns, taps, fixtures, toilets, basin and sink traps, and general plumbing works including grease trap servicing, sewer and grease lift pump inspections and TMV/TV testing and certification.
