MONA Elektra
Southern Plumbing is proud to be delivering the full hydraulic services package for the new House of Kiefer building at MONA in Berriedale. The ongoing commercial project designed by Fender Katsalidis Architects is due to be completed in 2026.
Works Ongoing
Water Reticulation and Hot Water Services
Installation of new cold and hot water reticulation throughout the building, including sub-metering, pressure-reducing valves, and localised instantaneous electric hot water units.
Sanitary Waste and Drainage
Installation of new single-stack sanitary drainage systems, fixture wastes, and vents, connected to an in-ground sewer pump station with rising main to the site’s sewer infrastructure.
Stormwater Systems
Construction of above-ground and sub-soil stormwater drainage systems, including dual-pump stormwater stations, box gutters, overflows, and connection to the civil drainage network.
Mechanical Plant Waste
Installation of floor drains, tundish wastes, and grated sump boxes for mechanical condensate discharge.
Plumbing Fixtures & Fittings
Supply and installation of all sanitary fixtures, fittings, and tapware to architectural specification.
