Beauty Lab
Beauty Lab is a small-scale natural laboratory in Bridgewater, designed to create beauty products using botanicals sources from the nearby 24 Carrot Gardens, and Provide hands-on botanical beauty workshops for the local community.
Works Completed
Water Reticulation and Hot Water Services
Installation of new sanitary drainage including connection to existing sewer infrastructure, waste connections to fixtures and appliances, and provision of venting and trade waste control devices.
Sewer Works
Installation of new drainage lines, floor wastes, and a 1500L grease trap to meet commercial kitchen requirements. Basket arrestors and secondary strainers were provided to all sinks, ensuring compliance with TasWater standards.
Stormwater Works
Supply and installation of new 100mm stormwater drainage, discharging to road swale approximately 10 m away with concrete headwall, including replacement of existing downpipes and connection to the stormwater system.
Plumbing Fixtures
Fit-off and commissioning of fixtures and appliances.
