Bayview Trade Waste Upgrade
Southern Plumbing delivered an AS3500-compliant trade waste upgrade at Bayview Secondary School, Rokeby, including the installation of new in-ground grease arrestors, decommissioning of redundant systems, and associated site reinstatement work.
Works Completed
Grease Arrestors & Treatment Systems
Supply and installation of new 2000L and 1000L in-ground grease arrestors, paint settling tanks, and dry basket arrestors, including decommissioning of all redundant grease arrestors.
Pipework, Venting & Compliance Works
Installation of new pipework, vents, backflow prevention devices, protective vent flashings, fabricated cages, and repainting of new pipework to match existing finishes.
Site Works & Reinstatement
Excavation, bedding, backfill, spoil removal, jet cleaning of drains, reinstatement of bitumen and concrete surfaces, and restoration of neutralising tanks, ensuring full site compliance and functionality.
Testing, Commissioning & Documentation
Testing and commissioning of all systems, supply of as-constructed drawings, and provision of compliance and certification documentation.
